Cramped in California...#tbt

Seemed that everyone wanted to visit California this past summer... For 3days we were housing 15people under one roof. Sure, Dad may have a big house, but still..!

My Aunt Sharon and Uncle Jesse, along with my cousins (Michael & Laurel) and two of their friends (Alissa and Anna) were in California to visit and go to Disneyland; my step-mom (Jennifer) had invited her sister (Sherry) with her husband and son (Michael & Rysland) to stay since they would be moving to California in the fall; and eventually we were joined by Suzette and Coraline, and of course my dad, brother Richie, and myself make 15! They all flew in on separate days but for 3days their visits overlapped- interesting how it all worked out... 

It was, as my father said, "like we were housing a military camp, with all the bodies sprawled out everywhere..!"

It certainly sucked after having the place to myself for weeks then to suddenly be kicked out to a couch, haha, but it was definitely fun. Dinner was always an interesting adventure. Not gonna lie, though, I love my family, but when we're all crammed in close quarters like that, you get tired real fast... I was pretty happy when they all left & it was just Suzette, Cora, and me..! (-u-)

California Dreamin'...

  As usual, I spent part of my summer in California with my dad, step-mom (Jennifer), and brother (Richie). We did a whole lot of different things, yet at the same time, I remember numerous days spent lazying around the house in my pajamas...? 

 Besides working with Jennifer, I was able to watch some old shows, and some new ones: I'm currently almost finished with Heroes and NCIS, and Dad talked me into finally watching Game of Thrones! I also returned with plenty of little presents! My major buy this summer was definitely my Pearl Pink 3DS!! I have Zelda, I'm playing Suzette's Starfox, and am SO excited for the new Poke'mon X & Y games, as well as the new Legend of Zelda: Link Between Worlds to finally be released!! o(^ ^)o

I swear I spent half my summer eating and drinking... Dad and Jenny absolutely loooooove drinking, and they tried to drag me in a bit. I didn't mind having a bit of a sweet wine cooler, but I'm not much of a drinker (but I guess that'll be good for when I turn 21!). I also did my best to stick to my Herbalife products, Dad and Jenny like them, but when we ran out, the Doritos and Sour Cream came out and there was no going back...

  There were various events this summer, from Richie "graduating" elementary school to the adults partying in Vegas- we did it all. I also worked throughout the summer and we hunted down some nice neighborhoods since they were planning on moving. Dad had me watching all sorts of super hero movies, which is kinda our thing now, and he calls me a nerd??

  Dad also bought me a bow and arrow & I love it! His name is Robin. o(OvO)o

One of my favorite trips in California was to Pomona where they were holding the 5k Color Run! I'd never done a 5k before, and by the end of it I was exhausted! But I had a blast! We got colors thrown all over us, I got sooooo dirty, and it took about a week to wash it all off & the after-party was crazy!

The final week in California was the most hectic ever! Suzette, Billy and Cora would be arriving, Anime Expo was happening, it was 4th of July, we did Disney &&... Let's just say everyday was a new adventure...
